Problem: Ever since the building was new one downpipe would always overflow and cause flooding. Other plumbers had tried to sort it out but could never find the problem. After inspecting the pipe we found an obvious blockage but could not make out what it actually was.
Solution: We jetted out the pipe and finally removed a ball of builders expanding foam. This is not normal and is a first for us. We suspect foul play during the construction phase of this block of units. Everything is now back to normal.
