Problem: The downpipe and gutters were overflowing.
Solution: We cut out and removed roots growing in through the pipe. Now the water will be able to flow again freely. However, on inspection we found that a section of the pipe where the roots were growing through was completely broken and ready to collapse. This now needs to be replaced.
