Problem: Water has spraying through a seam in the concrete slab near the laundry of the block of units. After carefully breaking the concrete away surrounding the pipe we found the copper pipe had developed pin holes in the side of it allowing the water to spray out.
Solution: We were able to spot weld the repair and return the water pipe to service quickly, causing minimal disruption for the residents.
