Problem: Every time it rained, the water would leak around the floor waste and drip onto the car in the car park below. When we removed the floor waste we could see the reason why.

Solution: Remove the tile around the floor waste. Remove the bedding and screed and strip the surface back to the waterproof membrane without damaging it. Fill the void around the pipe with a new waterproof membrane and bond the two surfaces together. Re-instate the closest match tile.
